After the regular maintenance oil change etc.. he came over sat with me and explained additional work that would need to be done in the near future, even numbered them in order of what needed to be done, some sooner than later and those that could wait a little bit. Sales person Joe was low key and relaxed. Helped inform on many of the new car features. When buying, I knew exactly what I wanted, and what I didn't want, and Joe recognized that and didn't waste any of my time. Same goes for Kyle in business office.

I needed an oil change and wasn't sure about Power Steering fluid, Brake flushing, and Transmission fluid. They all looked about ready to be done, gauging from my service records. Paul Morrison was able to confirm that the PS fluid and Brake flushing was due and that I didn't need Transmission fluid change yet. Peter's typically has service discount coupons but I told Paul I couldn't find any for my services. He said he'd see if he could find some. And he did! He saved me 10% off the whole service. Now THAT is what I call being taken care of! Thank you, Paul.

Rocky was great to work with. We had stoppped at Best Ford before Peter’s and they would not let us test drive anything because it was a Saturday and they told us they couldn’t spend an hour with us. Then we went to Peter’s and met Rocky. From the start he was very personable and not pushy. Rocky let us test drive several cars. We left and then called back to let Rocky know we wanted to buy. Rocky stayed late so we could buy our car. He made the car buying experience pleasant. We would recommend Rocky and buy from him again.
