Peters Honda of Nashua

Was told that they did not give me a complimentary car wash because I had a chip out of my windshield. I said I have taken it through many car washes without a problem and to wash it anyway. I thought they were going to wash it but they did not wash my car. Other than that it was super service.

As always, a great experience and service. No hassles and employees kept me in the loop as to what was needed. The wait area was clean and comfortable. Thanks again!!

Everyone was great. Good service and accommodated my requests. I searched the Tahoe on line and received almost immediate contact with the dealership asking if they could help.

My wife and I had been to one other dealership and were in the process of learning what's out there. The other dealership gave us some numbers which were clearly just a starting point requiring a lot of future negotiation. We are both senior people and have been through this several times in the past and have never enjoyed this. The numbers that Ron gave us included a discount off the MSRP and the trade in value was 75% higher. Maybe we could do better, maybe not. It was good enough to make the deal without any further hassle. Honda has earned a good reputation as has the other dealership. All things being fairly equal the simple straight forward approach gets the deal.

Rocky was pleasant, efficient, and was clear with his communication. We were allowed to test drive the vehicles by ourselves. We did not feel pressured to buy on the spot. Rocky gave us all the information we requested. We left and ended up coming back later on to buy a great Honda Pilot.

I had scheduled my appointment for the next day and Peters finished the work that same night. They called me to tell me I could pick up my car! WOW!!!

I have now purchased 7 cars with Peter's over the years and I keep coming back because everyone there is very professional, courteous, and make the overall experience great. Sean was my primary sales person and he was phenomenal! However, I also interacted with several other people at Peter's and felt that each of them genuinely wanted to help me. I'm sure this won't be the last car I purchase at Peters.

Arrived on a rainy Saturday morning, it was busier than I had anticipated. I was greeted at the door by Rocky who promptly arranged a test drive. Our ride became an adventure when I traveled too far up Rte. 3 where the exits required a toll tag. Ooops! Rocky assured me that it wasn't a problem but we were able to find a toll free exit just a little further up. I let him know what my requirements were (trade-in value) to close the deal. Rocky listened and never pushed, the complete opposite of a stereotypical salesperson. While waiting for Financing (it was quite busy) Rocky sat with me, offered refreshments, kept me updated on wait times and made sure I was comfortable. Since purchasing, Rocky has been in touch making sure that I have everything I need. Rocky is a star employee at Peters and I would very strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a new (or used) car!
