Everything you should expect from a service department.

Posives-in and out in 4 hours. Sales guy held my box from cleaning out old car for me while I waited to sign. Clean. Negitives- i questoned the tires balding on the truck and asked for a discount because the tires will need to be replaced soon. Nothing was brought up after that. I was never showen any numbers or prices until at the signing table. Financed for 75 months?!?! Would like to have know where the numbers came from and how my down-payment effected payments. Just asked what payment range I want to be at. That's it. Then after getting home and looking over the forms, not happy with the way this was presented at the dealer and making it LOOK like I was getting a good deal. Would only Recommend to a friend if only they insist on looking at numbers and for how many months financed first.

Well pleased with time work was completed, svc .tech.was very perfessional.

I called first thing in the morning when my check engine light came on. Unfortunately first available appointment was going to be the next day BUT service department was able to get me in right away do the repair and have me on my way before 10 a.m. that same day. Always pleased with the service and even more so this time round since I had a new grandson coming the next morning and needed my car. Thank you!!!!!
