I would leave more stars if it was possible, my wife and I were searching for a new vehicle and thought we should check out Hiley Mazda of Huntsville and we met Alan Benefield he was very helpful and knowledgeable on all makes and models. He worked with us on several different models for a few days until we found the right one. If you are in the Huntsville area and looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, see Alan. we will definitely be back to Hiley The vehicle we purchased was actually at the VW dealership and we met with Sam Thomas in Finance he was another great person to work with, we really enjoyed working with him also.

Absolutely will NEVER recommend this dealership to

Absolutely will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! I went to test drive a truck that was freshly traded, online said it had 101,348 miles but in reality it had 102,021. They also offered me $6,000 less for my trade than other dealerships had previously offered me, even though KBB said it was worth $23k at the minimum. This dealership is NOT in the business of actually wanting to sell cars.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with this dealership since

I’ve had a pleasant experience with this dealership since purchasing a vehicle in 2021. The sales experience was exceptional. Over the past few years, the service experience has been exceptional. I had my vehicle service over a week ago. I don’t drive the vehicle very often so I only get serviced once a year. I noticed that whenever I started the car, valet parking had been activated would appear. I’ll admit I had no clue what that is? The morning I’m on my way to the airport at 3:30am, I can’t open my trunk. That’s never happened and of course frustrating. Once I arrive to my destination, I google valet parking. Whoever serviced my car decided it was a good idea to activate this with no reason, no reason to be in my glove compartment, and also locked it! I called the service manager a couple of times to discuss and was placed on a long hold both times. I feel this needs to be noted so it doesn’t happen again. I wanted to speak with the service manager instead of posting here. Please tell your technicians if their going to check to see if it’s working, ensure they deactivate it before returning to the customer. Thanks!

Exceptional service and great customer service.

Exceptional service and great customer service. Tai was our salesman. He was a delight working with us. I told him what I was looking for and he found the perfect car. I left on the red carpet with the Atlas 2.0T SEL Premium R-Line. If you’re interested or looking for a great business to work with- I highly recommend Hiley and don’t forget to ask for Tai!!
