Great experience

We had a great experience at Phil Wright. Rick Hale was awesome to work with! First time I've bought from somewhere other the cogswell and I highly recommend them!

good service

Long wait for service to begin, but it was a busy day in the service dept. area. Service when started was quick and corrected the problem.

Glorious

I found my vehicle on Phil Wright’s website. When Inquiring about it, the salesman (John David Jones) was fast to respond with any questions that I needed answered. I had been looking all over the nation for the best deals and it turns out it’s true what they say “If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is”. I had contacted a dozen or more dealerships, but the salesmen would give you a sales pitch and if you didn’t buy, they moved on almost immediately. I got a short text message or call from John nearly every day. Again, it wasn’t anything pushy, it was more of a “what can we do” or “what would you like” type of thing. He is a real down to earth guy that has a personality that doesn’t make you feel like you’re being pushed to make a decision, which really took the stress out of this whole buying experience for me. When calling around to other dealerships, I would definitely recommend looking at Phil Wright’s inventory and comparing all of your vehicles options/accessories. They have amazing prices and a large inventory.

I drove 3 hours and it was worth it!

My car was exactly as described, plus clean and gassed, ready for me. I was very impressed with the care I received. I'll recommend!

The salesman was fantastic. From beginning to end he made sure I knew were the deal was & that I understood the process. Made it a pleasurable transaction. Stayed with me till the end.

Great service

Great service and great to deal with very fast and very friendly service made picking out a truck easy and zack took me out to the truck and taught me all of the buttons and answered all of my questions

Phil wright- oil change

I took my car in for an oil change it is supposed to also include a tire rotation, this was not done. I am disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for and expected.

Above and beyond

We traveled 3.5 hours to look at a used car. When we got to the dealership we loved the car but it had a small issue with it. John went and got the manager and between them, they decided if we were ok with it they would fix the issues and then deliver it to us on a car hauler 3.5 hours away on Christmas weekend. Great experience all the way around. John was always available to answer all my questions. Thanks John!

nice but expensive

Everyone was nice but I feel that the cost was a little expensive! I feel like the cost of labor and cost of parts are a little too high.
