Blake called me when my wheel locks came in and told me
Blake called me when my wheel locks came in and told me to call him when I wanted them installed. The next day when it finally stopped raining and I called Blake to see if they could squeeze me in (it was already 2pm on Friday afternoon). He had a mechanic standing by with wheel locks in hand when I walked through the door. Great service.

I have been very loyal to this dealership for the last 28
I have been very loyal to this dealership for the last 28 years. I have bought over 16 cars from them, not counting all the vehicles my family has also purchased. I was very disappointed with this purchase. I went in on a Saturday to confirm the promotion that was being run. I was assured that when the vehicle I wanted from another dealership arrived, it would apply to the car I was fixing to purchase. Two days later, the vehicle arrived, and when I went in to do the paperwork, the promotion suddenly was not available any more after being assured two days prior it would be. Very frustrating. What should have been a 2.9% interest ended up being a 5.9% interest. Lesson learned to get this in writing. I was also very disappointed that the new vehicle was driven from the dealership to the purchasing dealership. It had 5 miles on it. When it got to the purchasing dealership, it had 198 miles. Why would this not be trailered from one dealership to the other? Very frustrating experience.

I am not convinced they had the correct info about the
I am not convinced they had the correct info about the lights in the running boards! Said they only come on when you use the key fob to open the doors which I have never done. but they do come on at other times but not consistently. You need to supply more info to the technician!
