Well, for the first time since I’ve come here they’ve

Well, for the first time since I’ve come here they’ve asked at this most recent service where my wheel lock was to rotate my tires. The problem is in the past they have never asked for this, so in the past have I not received a tire rotation or the service before this most recent did they not place the wheel lock socket back where it belonged? I noticed they looked in my glove department because everything that was in it was placed in my passenger seat and not placed back where it was supposed to be. So I paid but the tire rotation was included in the oil change in which I did not receive. I would be amazed if that wheel lock wasn’t readily available in the space provided they do oil changes. This has been the only time this has happened or like previously stated where the wheel lock was located. Hopefully next time one would be provided if they used mine and didn’t place it back. Once I got parked I popped the hood and the oil dipstick was sticking out and not placed correctly pushed against the tube where is seated properly. I haven’t check the oil filter, but I have in the past which is not a huge deal unless oil was pouring out. However, a small spill caught my eye in my garage and it needed tightening as I could turn it with my hands. Other than this, I haven’t had any issues and these issues here are minor, but I wasn’t told to come back to get it completed for what I paid for or a resolution to them not finding said wheel lock.

Very good customer service. The problem was analysed quickly and my options explained clearly. Replacement parts were installed quickly and the total cost was below the quoted estimate.
