Finance guy Antonio let me know that as an out of state cash buyer I was not welcome. My business takes me to numerous states in the US. I have always had an especially high regard for the great relationships with vendors and customers I have dealt with in Arkansas. This guy is the exception to that. He ruined an otherwise good experience. My salesman Creed was top notch.

Inconsistent and shoddy work. Smart aleck cashier . The service dept intake lady is nice and does her job well but I dislike dealing with the lady cashier once I pick up my car...she is just not pleasant in my experiences with her.

It amazes me that when I asked for my tire to b inspected for a leak I was told there was no leak. This morning I had to air up the same tire and noticed the valve stem is slightly bent so that's probably where the leak is..I'm goin to take it to a tire shop and I'll send u a copy of what they find. But considering I hadn't been home long from leaving the dealership that I got a notification that my tire was goin flat ..the cashier lady told me when I was leaving yesterday that I probably need new tires. These tires came on the car. They has 3000 miles on them. The car barely has 30k miles now...the tires are not bare..mayb the service dept should just do a more thorough job ...but I've had about enuf of the cashier's attitude. The past 2 times I've been up there she is funky with me and I don't no what her problem is but I really wish someone would ask her if she's ok or has she just singled me out as a customer she doesn't like and enjoys being xxxxty with me when I'm there.

I say "yes" to the recommendation, but reluctantly. The price's are good, and the service is reasonably prompt, but I scheduled a tire rotation and a download related to a recall for my Chevy Bolt. The service manager insisted there was not a current recall. He checked the computer info, but never called Chevrolet. They did the tire rotation, but not the download. I called Chevrolet when I got home. They insisted the download was needed. I asked them to fax the instructions to Phil Wright. I have not received another call regarding the download. I am confused about what to do next.
