Great experience.
Fowler Honda makes regularly scheduled maintenance a little more bearable. Their facilities are clean. The employees are pleasant to deal with, and I dont leave feeling like Ive been oversold.

Great Customer Service
I previously gave a 2 star rating for the last servicing of my vehicle, it was for a recall. My rating was through CarFax and the rating was because I did not receive a complimentary car wash. Tim Irwin, the manager, called inquiring about my rating, which I said that I did not receive a car washing. He apologized and offered a wash on my next visit to Norman which I said could be 6 months. Didn't matter, just explain the situation when I come in, mention his name as authorizing it and get my wash. I was completely impressed with the customer service I received. My 2002 Civic was purchased new at Fowler and like driving it more than my 2012 Civic.

Great repair service
I was greeted very quickly and the service writer was very friendly, knowledgeable nd happy to help. The repair was done quickly. The car wash at the end was a nice touch.
