Car maintenance

Good customer service and a very helpful service advisor, had a few services done on my 2015 Accord, the whole process took less than an hour.

Dishonest service department

Took my Honda in for an oil change and was presented with over $600.00 of stuff called BG that they were trying to up sell me on. One of the services they were trying to up sell me was a power steering flush. I called my husband to see if he wanted any of it done and he said it was a scam because my car was electric power steering and didn’t have any power steering fluid that you could flush. I will never step foot in a Fowler store again. Such a rip off.

Fowler Honda

I have never used dealer service before but when I bought my car at Fowler I decided to try it. I have not let any other service place work on my car except Fowler Honda service because I am sold on their service dept. They are friendly, more than accommodating and my car is kept in great shape there. I own 2 Honda autos from Fowler and will definitely stay with them.

Oil change and fog light repair

Pleasant service advisor. Tech didn't wipe oil filter, so it leaked small amount of oil on my floor. Took it back, but everything was tight. Tech recommended fuel injector service at 16k miles (brand new vehicle) with highway driving. Seems excessive to me, even for GDI engine.

Fowler Honda is great

The service department is exceptional. Especially Taylor Henson. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and thorough. I always go through him for cars service appointments because I know he will ensure everything goes well.

Auto service

Always courteous and professional. I had to cancel app't. At last minute due to a death in my family. Service dept. was very understanding and rescheduled. On day of service their courteous car took me home and later picked me up. I very much appreciate all that they did.
