Great experience, didn't realize doc fee wasn't added into the price we thought we were paying, but not a big deal I guess. Very happy with Joshua and Toddeye.

Fantasic Experience!

I just bought a 2015 Honda CRV EXL Touring from Fowler Honda. Their staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would highly recommend Fowler Honda to anybody looking for a pleasant buying experience. What I liked best was when I got out of the business office, my new CRV was cleaned up and had a full tank of gasoline and was ready to go. The CRV EXL Touring has so many new features that my 2013 CRV EXL didn't have! All of the features were explained clearly and they even paired my phone, including speed dialing. I love all the new safety features and especially my new auto-lift rear door. Again, I would recommend Fowler Honda to anyone!

GREAT SERVICE VERY CLEAN FACILITY

I LEFT MY ODYSSEY VAN (HER NAME IS MYRTLE) WITH FOWLER HONDA TO HAVE SOME WORK DONE I THOUGHT SHE NEEDED NEW BACK SHOES (REAR BREAKES) WHICH SHE DID NOT..... THEY ARE SO VERY HONEST......I SAY THIS BECAUSE THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED THEM EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT.... SO I AM SO VERY,VERY HAPPY.... (BEING A WOMAN THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED THEM... WHICH I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT) AND THE FACILITY IS SPOTLESS CLEAN...IT EVEN SMELLS SO VERY CLEAN.... I WAS SO VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TWO SERVICE TECHS THAT SERVICED MY MYRTLE THEY WERE SO VERY KIND AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE IN THEIR VOICE.....I THANKYOU, I THANK YOU BOTH MR. JEFF AND MR. RHETT.... Bought a 2015 Honda accord

I had by far the best new car buying experience in 30 years. No pressure, no going back and forth in price, no hidden costs when you get to finance, low APR through Honda finance. Salesman was excellent, service manager was introduced at new car owner get together. Fowler Honda really does have a great business model for treating the customers great. First oil change is free, got an extra tank of gas when I brought it in for a minor mud flap issue. Can't say enough about this dealer. They are 20 miles from where I live but I will be going back to them for sure and also will see them for my service of my new car.

Love my New CRV

The process was quick and easy and we feel we were treated fairly by all the staff at Fowler Honda. This is the second car we have purchased from them and I will certainly return once again when I need another vehicle.

Great Buying Experience, Lousy Repair...

Back in 2012, I bought a Honda Odyssey and up until a couple of months ago, I was so proud of the deal I received and the service up until that point. I took a tire in, that needed a patch because of a screw that was 1/3 in from the edge. The service rep told us they didn't feel comfortable, about our safety, in patching it, then priced a new tire for us and would call us when it came in. Meanwhile, being in my 40's, I have had quite a few tires patched in my younger days, couldn't believe that the tire couldn't be patched so I checked with another dealer and they agreed there was nothing wrong with patching the tire. I also found out from the Fowler Parts department that the tire the guy tried to sell me was $50 less than what I was quoted. Now, with all the recalls going on, we don't want to take our vehicle back to the original seller, and now that I am starting to look a few of years ahead at vehicles for my daughter, I don't feel comfortable buying another Honda and her having to take it there. After 2 months, I still get upset everytime I think about it.

Scheduled a appointment to look at a particular car and when we drove over 50 miles to see it they told us it was not there.

Worst experience!!

We went in to buy a new Honda, the salesman forwarded us to his manager for final negotiations. The manager proposed their final offer however we did not accept their final offer and suddenly the manager crumpled all the paperwork, shouted at us that you're not a buyer and left the room. Worst experience I've ever had with dealers! Never gonna go back to Fowler Honda. Extremely impolite manager.

This dealership is a JOKE!

This dealership is a JOKE! I went to fix my car. First I was told that it will be fixed next day. But it ended up 10 days to fix the car. The receptionist at the service department has no clue about courtesy and customer service. This dealer has NO professionalism, customer service, courtesy, and respect for the customer. Discriminated service. It was terrible experience.

fowler honda

I am livid! FOWLER HONDA sold my son a car and after waiting weeks he still has not received the title! Now he has a new car sitting in his driveway that he cannot drive, They said they would call the insurance people and they did not follow through. It is a totally flaky company. I advise you to go elsewhere. There is a law against them treating people this way and I plan to look into these laws today.
