Words can not begin to express how AMAZING the staff here is! I came in with the intent of checking out competitive pricing, and walked out with a top of the line model for a stellar price! From Joshua (salesman) his expertise and professionalism, to Chris B (manager) and his personable approach/ensuring I got everything I desired & then some and lastly M. Clark's (finance) warm and welcoming personality, this was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! I truly did NOT want to leave and consider Fowler family for life. You can not beat the gorgeous showroom, the winners circle, restaurant, or more importantly the superior service! There's no better Honda dealership! Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart!!

We were there for two hours trying to buy a car. After the manager test drive the car we were trading in the salesman told us that we would not be able to get a deal done because another customer had made them a better offer on the car that we wanted to buy. It was just a rotten experience overall.

I bought a 2016 Honda CRV, the sales personnel were polite and professional. The nice part of shopping at Fowler was at no time did we feel pressured to purchase, they were very understanding that it was a big decision purchasing a vehicle and provided a very friendly atmosphere. We have never wanted to go through a dealership to purchase a vehicle. The experience we had was overwhelming . They listened to us and the needs we expressed, while never pushing the sell of a vehicle. We were even told to think about and talk over things and come back if needed. Since buying a vehicle through them we've continued to be heard when a question or concern came up. Each time we were treated in a friendly, relaxed matter but also showing that they were concerned and ready to meet that need. We don't feel that another dealership could or would do such a superior job as Fowler Honda of Norman. LOVE my new 2016 civic .. 2nd civic I have purchased from Fowler . gave the first ( 2010) to my niece ! I am probably the hardest customer they have dealt with . I AM HAPPY with my car...My salesman Rick was great! If you haven't seen the 2016 civic go take a look at the new body style, and ask for Rick !

In the past I have dreaded car shopping due to experiences with salesmen who were either high pressure or talked down to a woman customer. Shawn was a delight to work with. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car I wanted, and went the extra mile to get the car in exactly the color I wanted. I never felt pressured to make a decision until I had made up my mind exactly what I wanted. I feel Shawn also gave me a very fair deal on the price and my trade in. Tim was also very helpful handling all the paperwork and arranging excellent financing. I will definitely tell all my friends what a great experience I had buying my car at Fowler Honda.
