I walked in for a routine service maintenance but

I walked in for a routine service maintenance but primarily for a diagnostic look since I had multiple lights pop up on my dashboard yesterday. Brandon greeted me and he was top tier! --- courteous, attentive and broke the information down for me respectfully, even volunteering to help me sort it out with my warranty provider, if needed. He also realized that I'm in the military when I gave him my address and offered a military discount. For Brandon's great customer service, they won a returning customer now!

Nice place, solid customer service.

Nice place, solid customer service. Larry in service was very helpful in getting my recall repair done. They were down two techs the day I cane and were honest that it didn't look good for finishing the repair same-day. I just took my car back and agreed to swing by in one week. I did so at lunch and was told they could do it that afternoon and, indeed, they did. Not perfect, but they handled things pretty well when adversity struck.

Great service as always!

Great service as always! I bought my RDX from Bob Howard in 2012. They have been faithfully caring for it all these years. I really appreciate it!

Don?t give women same courtesies (my wife there ~ 1 wk ago and had very poor experience. One rep didn?t know how restart the RDX, did not offer car wash, issue with loaner that prior was promised. My visit for routine maintenance went well: personable service rep , gave me military discount, answered questions. ACURA has deteriorated with new mgment A1 group???New car offerings are not very interesting. Getting rid of touch pad is biggest feature. Suffering with it 41/2 years is enough!
