The service was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The Service Writer guaged the time for the work and it was accurate. I have had this auto serviced at the same place since it was purchased. Have always been pleased with the results 😀

Only Acura dealership within 30 miles so options are very limited. Went in for oil change last evening after work. Experience was a bit frustrating.I asked about coupons/specials but no response. Looked online afterwards and I see an oil change special for $49.95. I paid $79. It took an hour and a half even though I was the only customer there at the time. Then I mentioned that I had called about a recall on my RDX on 12/3/24. I was told at that time they would call me back to schedule. Never heard from them. Svc advisor told me last night he would find out about it and call me today. Nothing. No follow up at all. Very frustrating.

My overall experiences have been excellent!

My overall experiences have been excellent! I purchased my Acura TLX here 10 years ago, and have had all my services done at Bob Howard. My vehicle runs as good as the day I purchased it, I have been in the market for a new vehicle for the past 2 years, so far I haven't found a vehicle that performs as well as my TLX. I love the performance and it's fun to drive. I have never kept a vehicle this long. This has been the best car investment I've ever made. Thanks to Bob Howard service department, the mechanics are top notch!
