$288 for a tire!

$288 for a tire! And that?s with a discount. Unreal! I paid $185 two years ago, can?t believe inflation has increased the cost that much. But that won?t happen again.

They did not have the fuel pump recall part in stock so

They did not have the fuel pump recall part in stock so they had to order it. Meaning I have to come back even though I had scheduled an appointment to have this done. I was also not charged for the correct oil change. I was charged for A1/B1 and my car needed A123. I was also told at 63k miles that my timing belt needed to be replaced asap and I felt that was incorrect considering my vehicle is not showing any signs of it needing to be done. Will be getting a second opinion on this.

I was given an estimate of wait time for a regular

I was given an estimate of wait time for a regular maintenance visit. An additional issue was found. Even though there additional service was required, the actual wait time was less than the estimate. I feel that my time was considered in a positive way by the service department!

Needed tires and timing belt for my RDX before a road

Needed tires and timing belt for my RDX before a road trip. They worked hard to give me the best price as I had shopped around prior to talon in my car. Had all the necessary's and supplies for same day service.

It must have been a bad day! Spent over 3 hours at dealership for an oil change and brakes flushed. Frustrated to say the least, more communication from staff would have been helpful
