Service is always quick and efficient. Good special every month. Emma does a great job as the service employees. I have bought three cars from Bob Howard acura.

Drew was great to work with.

Drew was great to work with. He was not the least bit pushy, but kept me informed and was hel! The process went smoothly and I am very happy with my new MDX.

Only complaint is that it took a long time for service -

Only complaint is that it took a long time for service - 2 hrs and 15 min for oil change and alignment- they were very busy but I had made an appointment

Great service.

Great service. Thought my alternator was bad, turns out a battery purchase the previous week was the problem. The batt was replaced and I was ok my way I about 90 minutes. Service advisor was wonderful.

I was a few minutes early from my appointment but, nonetheless, Emma greeted me promptly at the drive-in area. She explained everything clearly as the process went along, even showed me pictures of the part that was cracked and needed to be replaced.
