Just had the most amazing experience at Eskridge Honda. I worked with Kim to find the right CRV. They found me the right options at a monthly payment that worked in my budget. Great customer service and support!
We had a great expierence at Eskridge Honda! We had went there before to purchase a previous car so we had one salesmen in mind. Micheal Fister. He went above and beyond to help us out to find a better car. He even offered to fill our gas tank if we got it! He made sure we got the best most affordable car and we did get it. Overall everything at Eskridge Honda was amazing and so eaasy. :) I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

I went in to have my Honda Accord serviced and my Husband...
I went in to have my Honda Accord serviced and my Husband and I were just looking around the car lot while we waited when my husband seen a Dodge Ram he was interested in. I had a previous experience with salesman Harry Lorenzen (I have bought 2 cars from Eskridge Honda this is my 3rd vehicle) They are VERY nice people, They bent over backwards to make sure our visit was a very pleasant experience. Everytime you pass an employee they greet you and smile! Our finance specialist Eric Poston was extremely nice man and worked on our loan for our vehicle as if we were his only customer in other words he did not rush us through anything. Eric took his time and explained everything and gave us all of our options. I am very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Eskridge Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle or to service your current vehicle.

Normally I avoid dealerships when buying a used car....
Normally I avoid dealerships when buying a used car. Eskridge had a BMW Z3 for sale and I commented on this to a co-worker who spoke glowingly of the dealership so I decided to check them out. Long story short, Larry Harper in Internet Sales did what I consider an outstanding job of coordinating all the details and getting the car checked out and brought up to 100% by the dealership. No xx, no hassle, just outstanding customer service. Eric Posten, the finance director, handled the paperwork personally. I would recommend this dealer without hesitation.

The customer service I received at Eskridge Honda was great. From the salesman to the finance manager, I was treated fairly and honestly the whole time. I would highly recommend Eskridge Honda and I would use them again for my next car purchase.

Unprofessional Service
My vehicle was totaled in the May 2013 tornado/storms in Oklahoma. I have been driving a rental and now I'm ready to purchase a vehicle and not have the burden of paying for a rental. A mutual friend of me and Tracy Trice referred me to him, which he is in the Finance Department of Eskridge Honda. I went in on a Saturday (July 13, 2013) and was promised that he would call me back on Monday, July 15, 2013. Well, Monday came and I never heard from him. Later on that afternoon, I placed a call to him and got his voicemail. I called our mutual friend and she also placed a call to him, both at work and on his cell and got voicemail both times. Never heard back from him on Monday at all, nor did she. I called again on Tuesday morning. Finally recieved a call back from him on Tuesday afternoon stating that someone had lost my paperwork and I had to give him the information over the phone while at work all over again, because my credit application was missing. Imagine that! It's bad enought my credit app was missing, but it has all my personal information on it and "IT'S LOST!" Again, he promised that he would call me back. Today is Thursday, July 18, 2013, Tracy has NOT called or returned my call or our friend's call that referred me to him. The only professional in this situation has been our mutual friend, Meshelle. Not only has Eskridge lost my business, but Meshelle had 2 more that she was sending to Eskridge. Guess they don't like making money! I will NEVER do business with Eskridge, nor will I EVER refer anyone to them. Tracy, thanks for wasting my time and costing me additional rental expenses!!!!

Great Experience!
Great Experience! We came in looking at the car we knew we wanted but didn't want to buy that day. Our Saleman, Craig, was awesome! He was funny and made our experience buying a car enjoyable. He wasnt pushy and had no Intention of pushing us into anything. He offered to show us the numbers and rates and we ended up buying that night. He even stayed after hours to take care of us. I will continue to buy the rest of my cars from Eskridge. They do things right and other dealers should take.

WONDERFUL!
This is my second new car in 4 years and I just want to say that I wish my first purchase was as memorable as this one! Pam Duckworth is an excellent sales representative who answers all of my detailed questions- she is a fountain of information. I had never filled out an online quote form to avoid unnecessary spam, however I am amazed by the great customer service provided from the first phone all to the follow up questions after signing the contract. We were under pressure for time and the process was quick yet informative. I am so thankful to this dealership for their wonderful service and my new Honda!

Absolute perfect transaction
My sales person, Michael Fister, was wonderful! He was very considerate and understanding of my first auto purchase as a widow. He was helpful and not pushy. I appreciated the no-pressure approach to helping me with my purchase. The funny thing was, I went in to have my oil changed, and came out with a brand new 2013 Honda. And even that decision was a no-pressure approach. Other dealers should take lessons from the Eskridge Family on how a car deal is done. I hope he is there when I make my next purchase. Thank you, Michael, for all your help and not pressuring me into a sale. I think Michael would have walked away before making a pressure sale. He will sell many cars with his sales approach. Michael has contacted me a couple of times as a follow-up wanting to know how I was doing with my car, and checking to see if there was anything else I needed that Eskridge could take care of. He was also available to answer my questions after the sale. Eskridge Honda went above and beyond my expectations making my purchase possible.

Great First-Time Experience for the Whole Family
Our salesman, Michael Fister, was great! We brought the whole family to Eskridge Honda. He was attentive to our needs, and kind to our children. He was genuine in everything he did for us. You could tell he wanted to make sure we were very happy with our purchase. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was not pushy, but accommodating. The purchase was painless. Michael went above and beyond to make sure that we got the vehicle that was right for us. This was our first new vehicle experience. We had gone to four or five other places looking, but felt more comfortable at Eskridge.
