Battery check.

My battery was dead. AAA jumped it. Drove to Don Carlton. The drive built the battery back up and it checked out to be good, Don Carlton employees were all very nice and helpful. Matt H. is always excellent and completely has my trust when in need of repair for my car.

Efficient and Effective

Got my oil change and always appreciate the "no pressure" heads up I get on things that will need attention soon. It lets me plan for the future and keep the Accord running smoothly!

Great customer service

We had issues with our original tires on our 2018 CRV after 30,000 miles. We purchased the car from Don Carlton Honda a little over a year ago. The dealer did not really have to do anything because it was a tire problem and not a vehicle problem. However, they helped us out and more than split the bill with us on a new set of much better tires. That is how you make customers for life.

Excellent service

To begin with, remember it is a Honda, so it is easy for an employee to be confident. And they are. Very efficient and fast. Know their Hondas, and stand by their promises. I have always had good experiences buying and coming for service at Don Carlton.

New Pilot checkup

I’ve already filled this out but I wanted to mention that my service rep that greeted me with friendliness and help was Terrance . He was so helpful and took care of me. I couldn’t remember his name until now. So I wanted to add to my review so everyone would know at Don Carton that they have someone special working for them.

Long time customer

I have been doing business with Don Carlton Honda since I bought my first Honda vehicle in 1995. I have had very good service both from sales and service. Service is not cheap but always have had a good job done and was treated nicely. Service waiting area is great and if you utilize their shuttle service, the driver is super nice. Completing a sales transaction is always smooth and efficient. I feel like I received a fair deal.

New Honda CRV
