Even though we had to have the air conditoner worked on second time seems to be working now. Took off cost of first service call which I thought was appropriate. Always taken this car to Don Carlton for repairs!

It was a very nice experience, everything was upfront and explained thoroughly. Samar was very helpful and understood my situation and what I needed to do. Don Carlton's price was much better the other dealerships for the exact same model. Shawn in the business office was also very understanding and knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant place to do business.

Oil change was quick. Enjoyed watching TV on home renovations and drank coffee. They caught the brake fluid going bad and my tires need rotating. Prices were reasonable.

Employees in the service department were so nice and got my oil change and tires rotated in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend Don Carlton!

Excellent service and experience. Terrence handled my service this time and was extremely detailed, I had an oil change and my tires rotated and I was there a very short time. I have a print out of my cars condition and he went over it step by step. Everyone there are always in an upbeat mood and that makes a difference. Highly recommend the Quick Service Center!
