The whole experience with the buying experience initially was a 10/10, however there was a mishap but was quickly fixed and ultimately I am very happy with my purchase. I understand being human and working with consumers on a daily basis. Things happen. Jeff Basch did an amazing job in making it right. Mo, Jason and Assad did a fantastic job as well.
