The whole experience with the buying experience initially

The whole experience with the buying experience initially was a 10/10, however there was a mishap but was quickly fixed and ultimately I am very happy with my purchase. I understand being human and working with consumers on a daily basis. Things happen. Jeff Basch did an amazing job in making it right. Mo, Jason and Assad did a fantastic job as well. I really appreciate everyone?s help with my purchase.

The salesman and dealership were excellent. I will recommend the salesman and dealership to everyone. Salesman was very detailed oriented, great customer service. I was in the dealership for maybe 2 hours and I was out the door with a brand new SUV

We went in to lease a Honda Accord, with an appointment

We went in to lease a Honda Accord, with an appointment and we’re met and shown back to our salesperson immediately. Braden Shaw was helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. It’s always a 4-5 hour process when getting a new car but he and Jason Jenkins made it very seamless and quick. Highly recommend!
