Waiting time is so long even if we are making

Waiting time is so long even if we are making appointment .I think everyone feeling same. Other than that everything good in my point of view.

Good reception and communication.

Good reception and communication. However, I was charged double of what I had signed up for. It’s absurd that you go for one thing, and you come out with another thing that you did not authorize. I was not even explained why I was charged double. I was just told to pay. I’m looking at my receipt and it does not make sense. I used to have trust with this dealership and now that trust is broken.

The whole experience with the buying experience initially

The whole experience with the buying experience initially was a 10/10, however there was a mishap but was quickly fixed and ultimately I am very happy with my purchase. I understand being human and working with consumers on a daily basis. Things happen. Jeff Basch did an amazing job in making it right. Mo, Jason and Assad did a fantastic job as well. I really appreciate everyone?s help with my purchase.

The salesman and dealership were excellent. I will recommend the salesman and dealership to everyone. Salesman was very detailed oriented, great customer service. I was in the dealership for maybe 2 hours and I was out the door with a brand new SUV
