Cece was awesome I've recommended her several times to friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle.. I ended up getting a new car when my intentions were to look at a used car. Cece didn't make me feel like she was just trying to sell me a car and get her commission she took time and worked with me all week before I came in and she made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Even after the purchase I can always call and ask her anything and she is still the same friendly. She takes a genuine concern for her customers and is very eager to get them the best deal that they are comfortable with. Me and my son are forever grateful to Cece.

My experience at Goodson Acura has to be by far the best car buying experiences I have ever had!! Days before I had visited Goodson, I was in the market for a slightly used Honda Accord and had visited several dealerships. I found one on the internet and had all the specifications that I wanted, and it happened to be at Goodson. I called and was very fortunate to talk to Cece Shyne. I schedule an apt for that weekend. An hour later she called me back apologizing telling me the car was sold, she then directed my attention to the Acura TL's.. There was no fast-talking, pushing, obligations, any sense of granting me a favor allowing me to take the vehicle. Truth be told I did not receive any of the non-sense I got from all the other dealerships previously visited. CeCe let the car sell it self.. which is what I was looking for. She was pleasant to talk to and made my daughter and I feel very much at ease.. Never did I see myself as an Acura owner, Mrs. Cece was able to transform me into one.. We purchased a 2016 MDX in March 2015. Our salesman was Leonard Johnson Jr. He gave excellent service and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He has a great smile too! Since the purchase we have continued to receive the same great service!

The service was excellent, open and fair. Never once felt like I was being manipulated or games being paid. I like no nonsense service! Great!

I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first time. The silver lining was Johnathan Valdez---he was my customer service guy a couple years ago and this time he again was able to get me out of my fix. He made sure I got a master technician to fix the work that wasn't done well the first time. Johnathan well above and beyond as much as he possibly could to ensure I was comfortable with the process. He is a model example for customer service everywhere.
