Fantastic experience - bought 2 cars in 3 months!

After an unremarkable experience with another local Acura dealer, we bought our MDX in February 2015. The purchase experience with Von Moore was awesome. No high pressure tactics, no relentless attempts to upsell. Sales managers and finance managers are often the worst part of the car buying experience for me, but Amir and Paul were easy to work with. I've also used the service department on a few occasions now and Kabrin and Erica have been great as well. We were so happy with our MDX and so enjoyed working with Goodson, we also bought an ILX 3 months later. Not trying to oversell this place. My experience was honestly that good.

Just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to Brian Smith for the excellent service I received when I approached him about buying a car for my son. Brian really made my experience hassle free. I needed to purchase a car by Christmas and Brian made this happen. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Brian is an awesome and very professional salesperson. Great customer service!!

Johnathan is an incredible Service advisor. He stepped out the minute I arrived, greeted me with a smile, listened and portraited problem solving assurance. Johnathan, paid full attention to the car problems, offered great suggestions and explored all options available for minimizing costs while making sure the company still makes enough profit. Going a step further regarding clarifications, different opinions and service suggestions from a professional standpoint, Johnathan was able to arrange a meeting with the actual Mechanic who worked on my car. To sum-up, " Johnathan was a class act".

Remarkable and Oustanding

My Superb Sales Representative was Mr. Gary Scott. Gary wasn't anything less than SUPERB, REMARKABLE and OUTSTANDING. His captivating customer service and friendly smile let me know that I was with the right person. His knowledge of all the cars on the lot was OUTSTANDING. He was able to answer and question and curve ball I tried to throw at him.. He also has a great sense of humor. He made the process seem-less in making my purchase. He was eager to give me the best car for my desired needs and wants. Best Acura Dealership

I've been driving Acura for years and we just bought from Brian at Goodson Acura, he's the best and took really good care of us! Buying a car can be exhausting but I would recommend if you're in the market, to go see Brian at Goodson, he makes the process so much easier and gives you the best deals. Excellent Experience

I saw a truck that I liked online that Goodson Acura had, called and talked to Cece Shyne, went in and about 2 hours later, I had purchased the truck! Cece was awesome, by far the best salesperson that I have ever had. Thanks Cece!
