Damaged my car!
My car was damaged at their dealership and they expect me to pay 1/2 of the cost to replace a factory windshield with and aftermarket one. I have it in writing that they would replace the window at half cost and no where did it say they would use aftermarket glass. They wanted to charge me $300.00 to replace a TPMS sensor that only cost $79.00 total at David McDavid. They are rude and obviously do not care about customer service or Quality of Service. If you use Goodson for anything I implore you to call another dealer ship and get a competing quote. You will most likely save hundreds of dollars!

excellent service, quality vehicle
I had a budget, but wanted a quality preowned car. I searched online, sent a text message and within a few hours I was coming in to drive my options.in less than a week I had completed looking for a car, completing paperwork and driving my car off the lot. The team at Goodson was professional, courteous and helpful.

I found a used car that I liked, so I called them to make...
I found a used car that I liked, so I called them to make an appointment. I asked them if the car was available, and they said "Sure, just come on in." When I drove through heavy traffic to get there, I was told that the car that I came for had been in a shop in Irving being repaired for a body damage, so I wouldn't be able to even see the car. They never mentioned that the vehicle had an accident when I first contacted them mere 6 hours ago. No apology from the sales person. All I got from him was "I know you must be frustrated." Of course I am frustrated that I just wasted my time and gas driving all the way to your dealer for nothing. My wife and I just walked out of there. This place is dishonest and rude. I wouldn't go back there or recommend anyone to shop there .

Great Experience at Goodson and with Wade West
As a result of visiting Ed Wallace's Inside Automotive website and researching his recommended dealers, I contacted Goodson Acura by email. I was referred to Wade West. Wade immediately called me and we discussed the RDX that I was interested in test driving. We made an appointment and when I arrived at the dealership, the RDX was parked upfront and ready for my test drive. Goodson was kind enough to allow me to keep the RDX over the weekend which allowed me ample opportunity to assess the features and quality of the vehicle. Ultimately, I chose another manufacturer and model. I wished Goodson represented that manufacturer as I would have definitely purchased from them. Goodson and Wade West were professional, respectful of my time and extremely courteous. Even though I did not purchase from Goodson this time, I will certainly return to them with future car needs. I recommend that you visit Goodson and Wade West and give them the opportunity to serve you.

Great service from new car salesman-Wade West.
I have been doing business with Goodson Acura of 15years and half of that with salesman-Wade West. he is very attentive to his customers needs and has a goal in mind of Quality Customer service and customer satisfaction in all that he does. Accessories consultant, Chad Whitefield and New Car Salae Manager- Mr. Make it Happen are great additions also I have gone to other dealerships only to end back up where I started..... Goodson Acura!! The care and concern given and the classy, yet family atmosphere is a step above the rest. I would not take my business anywhere else..... Goodson and Wade are like extended family!!! If you have not visited the dealership on Lemmon,! You are missing out!!

After speaking with them through email and confirming our...
After speaking with them through email and confirming our figures, we took the drive to a further Acura dealership, Goodson Acura. However, they were liars and were not able to meet the figures previously agreed on. Later they contacted us again, and said they had great news, so we verified everything through text message and email, and brought copies for their confirmation. Trip 2, was also a waste and they once again lied about their commitment. One last time, we took another trip to Goodson Acura, because the sales manager was persistent in cutting us the good deal they previously promised. However, they didn't. After three pointless drives to Goodson Acura, we asked to speak to the General Manager, but ended up speaking with the General Sales Manager. The GSM, Benny Franklin, was more concerned about showing us we are ignorant and wrong, than realizing we were just disappointed in the customer service. They could of saved at least 2 of our drives, if they were honest from the beginning. Benny Franklin, continued to talk down to us like we were in competent in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Afterwards, we received one last call from the sales manager, and he said he would look into our deal again, but never called us back. We emailed the GSM Benny Franklin, about our disappointment and experience, he never replied back to us either. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Look at the previous reviews, it is obvious they do this quite often.

I am a long time Goodson Acura customer and, in fact, I recently made my 12th Acura purchase from their new location. I could not be more pleased with Greg Blake who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He made my experience a huge success. After 12 cars, i think that says it all about the Goodson Acura "family"!!
