My husband and I drove in to Dallas from Lubbock for the Tech/Baylor Game 11/23/12. We had been thinking of a new acura and decided to shop on Friday. Our sales person, Greg Blake, made us right at home. It was instant "like" as if he knew what we were looking for. Took us on a test drive of the RDX and we were sold. We traded in our 2011 Cadillac SRX and guess what? We had added some options and the car was ready to be picked up on Saturday before our trip home on Sunday. So cool, so easy.... We love Goodson and have purchased 3 previous cars from them. We tried the Cadillac after our moving to Lubbock and just didn't fit the bill like the Acura. They will be seeing us again in about 3 years.

A Good Overall Car Buying Experience
I had a good overall car buying experience at Goodson Acura. I came in to browse and actually ended up buying a car! My salesperson was Helen (lena) Wyrick and she was very warm and patient. The whole process went better than I could have ever expected. Especially the financing of my car that concerned me from previous bad car (Ford) and financing situations with other dealers. Goodson worked with me and I feel I got a decent deal. Lena delivered on everything that she said. I would definetely recommend Goodson Acura and especially their wonderful salesperson Lena Wyrick.

Great experience
I'd traveled around the Plano area looking at vehicles for days with the intention of waiting until Thanksgiving. Most dealerships I had to search to find someone to answer questions. When I walked into Goodson, Paul was there and even though I told him I wasn't buying he spent time answering all my questions. I went back and bought a vehicle that afternoon.

Buying new Acura
In the last 2 years I bought 2 cars -- Acura 2010 TL and Acura RDX 2013 from salesperson Bart Womack and Goodson Acura dealership. I had great expierence buying both vehicles and would highly recommend that salesperson and Goodson Acura dealership.

Returning customer to Goodson Acura gives A+
I returned to Goodson Acura to buy our second Acura in 8 years. The experience 8 years ago was easy, painless and one that had me returning for services throughout all those eight years of owning my TL. Fast forward 8 years later, I returned. After initially working with Benny Franklin (General Sales Manager) he then carefully handed me over to Brian Smith, who not only greeted me with the most genuine smile, warmth and care Brian additionally created an atmosphere where I felt as though I was the ONLY person that mattered to him. His time, thoroughness and genuine interest in making sure I drove off the lot with all my questions answered was very important to him. He made sure I know that should I have more questions, he was but a phone call away. I would highly recommend Brian Smith to any and all who are considering purchasing an Acura. He is the epitome of professionalism in an industry where all too often that is NOT the case.

2012 TL Advanced
I recently purchased a new TL Advanced from Goodson Acura on 12-22. I could not have had a more pleasant experience at he dealership. From the time I walked onto the lot until I left with my new car, everything was positive and straightforward. I worked with Lena Wyrick and she was very professional, helpful and provided great customer service throughout the whole buying experience. Bart Womack took the time to go over all of the different aspects of the vehicle and was very thorough in explaining the technical side of the car. I would highly recommend using Lena or Bart for your next used or new car purchase. Kudos to Goodson for having such good employees working at their dealership.

Easiest car shopping experience ever
I purchased an 08 Buick Enclave this past week and my salesperson was David Rivera. I talked to David on the phone and over email several times before making the trip to the dealership, David was very responsive and proactive throughout the whole purchasing process. He is very easy to work with and there is absolutely no feel of the "used car salesman" stereotype with him. I highly recommend David to anyone looking for a new/pre-owned vehicle. Will definitely check back with David once we have need for another vehicle.

The whole process was a pleasure. All of the vehicles I drove had been very well maintained and had all of the minor repairs already done. Helen (Lena) Wyrick was outstanding. Very patient and helpful while I tried to make my purchase decision. There was no high pressure sales pitch given. Just facts and figures supplied to help with the decision. I wound up purchasing a 2008 Yukon 4x4. It has been an excellent decision.. Kevin MacKenze in the finance department had me in and out in less than 30 minutes... One note on the Yukon.... Goodson Acura had actually done a complete brake job on the vehicle and they actually took the tires off and Rebalanced them with interior glue on weights and removed the hammer on discount tire style old school weights that fly off when you hit a bump... Great job to everyone at Goodson and I recommend Lena Wyrick to everyone I know that is in the market for a car...
