Took a week, but finally vehicle is on its way. Ended up giving me a better interest rate and better monthly note. Rudy, my salesman was great. He always did the beat he could to try and navigate the situation.

Rudy was my salesperson.

Rudy was my salesperson. Although he is not responsible for what the dealership is wanting to include in the sales price the peace of mind package, he did an excellent job and was professional. He did not try to pressure me in any shape form or fashion, he actually listened and was polite throughout the process. However, the only downside of the company itself is trying to offer or get customers to purchase the peace of mind package when it’s NOT required, the only reason I retained it was due to the fact that they knocked some hundreds off the price and simply because people will ding your vehicle now days and will not say anything.
