I have bought almost every car i have owned at BobTomes. Lance took it very well when I confused myself because i was looking at diffrent dealerships and I kept calling him Logan. I really appreciate that he took it all in stride. They went put of their way to help me get the payments I wanted. And I can not say Thank you enough.

Update.
Update. The service manager contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and confusion that occurred during my visit. He graciously offered to honor the price that had been communicated to me on the phone. We set up an appointment, I arrived and they immediately took my car and completed the work quickly and efficiently. It also sounds like this experience will lead to improvements in how they have their computer system set up to be able to provide the correct price immediately and not have the service reps guessing how much the "some models may be more" might be.
