A easy and great experience!!
Edward Freeman reached out to me after I inquired through a buying service we were considering using. There was another option my husband and I had in mind, and Edward gave me the information we needed to make the best decision for us. It was such an easy and pleasant transaction which is so rare when car shopping!! A total plus is we love our new 2019 Navigator! We highly recommend Edward and David McDavid Lincoln in Plano!!

Such an awesome experience at David McDavid Lincoln due, in no small part, to Edward. The service, attention to detail and importance in providing his customers with the full luxury experience is unmatched. He truly makes you feel like family; my sons actually suggested we invite him to dinner. This is my first experience with Lincoln but foresee myself being a customer for life! Thanks Edward!

Worse experience in years
If I didn't witness this for myself I might be skeptical. But I did. Deceptive practice number 1: car was advertised on Cargurus as CPO. You would think it was certified but it wasn't unless I was willing to pay $1095. So the price of the car got me in, then they added. Sound shady to you? Number 2: After negotiating and getting a fair price, I had some questions about what was said. I was told the car went through the Certification process, a 200 point inspection. So why was I paying for a CPO? Instead of a 4 year 100,000 warranty I was getting 6 year 100,000. So I said, never mind, take of the CPO fee which I negotiated down to $695. To which Raphael the preowned manager said, "No, I won't do it. And at this price I am not sure I even want to do this deal". Now that's old school used car selling that is. Laughable. Number 3. I had the cell phone of a new, young salesman. I had been texting him asking for answers to my questions. Raphael decided to call me using the salesman's phone. Really? Call me like a man from your own phone. Number 4: While the salesman was truly trying his best to answer my questions and convince me to buy, his other manager Howard was shaking his head "no"; trying to shut him up. Again, laughable tactics. Number 5: In the end I was happy with the deal, bought the vehicle and asked my salesman to have the CPO contract printed so I could read it. Surprise! It's not as good a coverage than the factory warranty. Further, Howard was questioning why my salesman would allow me to do such a thing. Again, twist your arm selling. I was just laughing noticing that in my three trips to their dealership only once did I see another potential customer. Number 6: Raphael tells me that if I don't commit to a deposit, the car is going to auction on Monday. Ewwwww the pressure. Was he really going to go to the expense of the auction where he would assuredly get less? Not a chance. Number 7: These sales managers are one and done salesman; no care for a relationship. Too bad, my son and his wife are buying a Navigator L new in two months. Not from David McDavid! Lately, although my salesperson Michael was new, he was patient and went out of his way to accommodate my every need. In summary, if you get a really good deal as I did, you'll be prepared for the sleazy sales tactics now that you've read this review from April 2019.

Henry, was great work with on my new Lincoln. I begin looking in November 2018, to buy a new SUV. I Knew what I wanted buy my daughter insisted that I drive other vehicles. Henry continued to check with me until I made a decision. So happy with my new Nautilus.

Greatest experience to date!!
This was the easiest purchased I have ever been involved in. We purchased our car sight unseen, thanks to Henry who went out of his way to make a youtube video so we could see everything. Our salesman "Henry Ford" is 2nd to none!

Pleasant experience
I wanted to check out the new Nautilus and David McDavid was the first dealership I visited after spending many hours on the internet. I knew what options I wanted and Henry Ford found the exact car within a few minutes. I drove it and decided that was what I wanted. Henry was very easy to work with and within a very short period I had the car. No hassles, no pressure, a very pleasant experience. I really enjoyed working with Henry.
