Looked at Mercedes, Lexus and Navigator, and the Navigator was the clear winner. Amazed at the level of technology and performance and the buying experience was first rate. Started at the Lincoln Experience at the Frisco Star, which was a great way to learn about the car and the options, then moved on to David McDavid to talk specifics. Appreciated the low pressure business like environment and the work to find the right car. We have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the best experience, and the car is great. My friend Mark Rubin and had already done the work for me and talked with Edward to get me my new Nautilus Lincoln. Love the car and Edward was super helpful and kind and tried to speed up the process as much as possible, The process took longer than we would have liked, but it wasn't his fault. My goal was to have it all set up so I sent my financials beforehand but there was a long wait for the financial guy. The financial guy was going as fast as he could too and they even offered me snacks and were super accommodating. Overall amazing experience!!!!! Thank you :)
