I found a car I was interested in and after sending a message through the USAA app I was almost immediately contacted by a dealer. He was informative and helpful in showing me the car and discussing various options I had. It was a much better experience compared to other dealerships that I had gone to. I would definitely recommend this dealership, they were all kind, friendly, and helpful.

This was my first time to purchase a car completely on my own. I was nervous, scared, anxious, and overwhelmed but Tremaine Burris made the process wonderful. He was very encouraging, calm and actually listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Prior to coming to Lincoln I had spoken to a salesman at another dealership that did not care about anything but commission. Tremaine listened to what I wanted and didn’t want in a vehicle. I purchased my latest Lincoln from Susan Najjar and she was excellent to deal with. No games, just a straightforward professional friendly experience. No high pressure or all the old traps you run into at many dealerships when try to by a car. I would highly recommend seeing her if you are thinking about buying a car. Also, my experience with David McDavid (i've been a customer for 7 years) is they have an outstanding Service Department. I would definitely recommend asking for Ed Gusa as your Service Advisor if you do bring your car there for service.

Growing up outside of Detroit as the son of a Ford Motor Company employee, I always knew Lincoln was the top of the line automobile. Now that i gave my own a, I know why. Lincoln is a great ride with all the bells and whistles. Tremaine did a great job getting us all the available Lincoln incentives. We even did the paperwork online while driving from Michigan to Texas.
