I purchased my Navigator from Susan Najjar a couple of years ago and was very impressed with how helpful she was to me. I Would definitely purchase from her again. She's got a smile on a face and never fogets to call me on my birthday.

We have used David McDavid's service department for years with excellent results. So when we were looking for another car, we went there. We met Susan who was great. She listened to what we were looking to buy and immediately showed us a car. It was exactly what we wanted. Susan was straight forward, very professional and polite. Best of all, she knows her product and explained all the options and gauges that we were not familiar. There were no high pressure and she gave us a very good fair price. She follows up and helps in any way that she can or that you ask. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend that anyone looking for a Lincoln go to David McDavid and ask for Susan. Five-star kudos to Henry Ford for outstanding customer service! His knowledge, listening skills, and desire to understand and meet my needs were incomparable. He focused his attention on me to determine what I wanted and needed. With that understanding, he gave me options from which to choose. Since the purchase, he has been prompt to respond to my questions. As I have told several of my friends, Henry is the best car salesperson I have ever known.

The experience from the beginning to the end of the process has just been so pleasant. I was car shopping all day that day, and Henry was my last stop. From the time I arrived to the lot, the entire staff was so sweet, nothing but smiles and accommodating. Not to mention dressed professional and their energy was great. I was put off earlier that day from going through so many salesmen from other dealerships, but Henry provided a great environment to where I felt confident and comfortable with making my own choice. As this was only my second time purchasing a car, he provided guidance with my monthly payment, and some advice on the process of paperwork with my financing/auto insurance. The whole transaction was so smooth. AJ, the finance guy, was also a pleasure to deal with, and the GM checked in on the process to ensure I was taken cared of. Henry Ford responded within an hour to my online inquiry about the vehicle I was interested in. We met at the David McDavid Plano Lincoln dealership at noon the next day. Henry worked quickly and cheerfully to get me into the car for a test drive. Financing was approved within minutes, James had the paperwork ready for a thorough review.
