Top Notch Buying and Service Experience
This was the. initial service for our new Lincoln MKS. Our service rep is Richard Ancheta. I arrived exactly at our appointment time and Richard was ready for me. He said it would take approximately 90 minutes. I waited comfortably in the business center with a good cup of coffee. The car was ready, to include a wash and vacuum, in about 75 minutes. Richard is a man of his word and the experience was (to quote my grandchildren) AWESOME!
