Excellent, speedy service!

I have been having my vehicles serviced at David McDavid Lincoln since 2001. This dealership is also where I purchase my vehicles. Both the Service and Sales departments have earned my loyalty and trust. This trip to the service department was for the 5,000 maintenance for my new Lincoln MKC. The entire process took less than an hour and I left with a freshly washed car. If you're looking for an excellent Service Representative, look no further than Mac McDaniel. If you're looking for a Sales Person who delivers, call on Susan Najjar. Thank you, Mac and Susan!!!

over a day to replace a tire?

Mac was super helpful. A nice and honest guy. Leo was equally kind in driving me home. Unfortunately, the company that Lincoln uses to supply tires seems unacceptable. Lincoln has had my car since 2:30PM 12/28. As of 3:30 PM 12/29, no tire has arrived, which means I can't drive my car to the hospital and visit my mom. David McDavid has very nice people employed there. I just question their choice in suppliers. I do regret going to the dealership to get my tire replaced for $200+, when I live across the street from a Bridgestone that could have replaced my tire same day and much cheaper.

Fantastic Service

As always, David McDavid's Service Department did a great job of taking care of the customer and my 2010 Towncar. Led by Richard, who always greets us by name, to the rapid and professional servicing of our car, to the man who washes and cleans our car better than some detail car washes.

Excellent service

I was there to get the first service on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ, and replace a key fob. Richard Ancheta was very helpful and nice! He made sure that everything was taken care of for me.

MKX 2013

Mr. Steve Kulas, always does a complete and thorough job we I come in for service. I appreciate the entire conversation we have about the overall car concerns. By him asking me beyond my specific visit I am able to think and elaborate on some other things that may are may not need attention. He is really Greattttt and obviously one-of-a-kind to have at Lincoln. Also, I would like to comment on Vasquez and share with you he is also a man to know and notice when visiting the service area. I love the fact he wants every Lincoln to leave looking it's best! He does a really great job and many appreciate it.

The service was excellent, and me and my wife was very pleased to have dealt with the sales guy John Woodard, he was very professional and courteous, he went over all the bells and whistles about the 2015 MKS that we purchased.
