Excellent Service and very friendly
Have leased MKZ and MKX over the last six years. Have vehicles serviced only at your dealership. Excellent and prompt and quick service. Employees very courteous. Vehicle always returned to me clean and washed. Keys always handed to me personally. Please advise when Lincoln will have a "plug in" hybrid. Ford , I believe, have two models.

Great Service, but need additional help
I had a great experience with my service. I was due for an inspection but the car would not pass due to warn tires. I was given options on what to do and that Lincoln would price match. The tires are Michelin MXM4 tires that should have had a 50,000 miles warranty. The one thing that I'm disappointed in is that I was offered any remedy options for this as the car only has 28,000 miles so I feel Lincoln should have helped me get some kind of rebate/refund on new tires. I was seriously considering this effecting my rating but that would be fair to the service I was there for which was done well and properly. I still feel Lincoln needs to help us with this issue.

Love it, love my car! I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and have been satisfied with the service every time. Ed is my service advisor and he could not be more professional and nice.
