Great Service
I appreciated not being hassled into buying a car on my first visit. I went in to test drive a MKZ and told John upfront I wasn't going to buy that evening. He honored what I said and explained the features of the car but never tried to talk me into purchasing a car that evening. He was very attentive to us when we were ready and made us feel like we were number 1 that day.

Repair of hands-free phone
After the tech diagnosed the problem he was quick to make the necessary adjustments to fix the problem. Come to find out the problem was my phone. The tech showed me how to re-boot my cell phone to use the blue tooth-hands free system. I appreciated all the efforts the dealership made to resolve the problem.

Excellent personal service
I have never been a fan of the car buying/leasing process. It just seems to always take quite a bit longer than I would like it to and I always have an uneasy feeling in pit of my stomach, like I've been called into the principal's office. No matter how many times I have been through the process, it just always made me feel a little uneasy. A couple of years ago I leased a 2013 MKZ from David McDavid's Plano Lincoln and the process felt quite a bit different. A lot of the details had been taken care of over the phone and my time in the "principal's office" seemed to go by more quickly. Last week, I leased a 2016 MKX, my second car from David McDavid's Plano Lincoln, and the process actually seemed to almost fly by. I can't really say that the process was getting easier due to my having been through it so many times, because the first dozen or so times had always felt pretty much the same. I think my last two experiences were made easier because of how I was treated by both the sales and business office staff at David McDavid's Lincoln. They made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the building and by my last visit, I felt like we were old friends. I would like to thank the staff of David McDavid's Lincoln for making the leasing process a somewhat enjoyable experience for me. I will definitely be returning there for all of my future auto needs.
