Great buying experience

I wasn't in a hurry to buy a car,however, since I was giving my car away the first of October, I knew I should start getting serious about purchasing one. My grandson and his wife had bought a vehicle from your dealership and were very satisfied with their purchase. I test drove a Lexus and I thought that might be the car I would purchase. My grandson insisted I at least try a Lincoln. I drove a MK3 and really felt like this was the vehicle for me. The salesman John, really was patient with me and explained all the features. I thought why pay Lexus prices when this is everything that a Lexus has plus I liked the interior a lot better! I'm very happy with my Lincoln and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new car.

They take care of their customer with A+ service

Service is consistent and I'm treated very well by all who work there. Facilities are A+, making waiting time no problem because there is plenty of amenities to keep me happy.

Excellent Customer Service!

When I pulled up to the service department I was greeted by a courteous staff member that did not just point me in the right direction but walked me to my service agent Richard. Richard was very professional, friendly and helpful. He made sure I understood the service that would be performed on my vehicle and escorted me to the loaner vehicle provided. When I returned for my vehicle, Richard was assisting another customer so I waited outside. A staff member approached me making sure I had been helped and also offered to escort me inside to wait as the temperature outside was 100 degrees. Once Richard had finished with his other customer he once again explained all services and paperwork I was to receive. He escorted me to my freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle. I would rate the whole experience as excellent customer service.
