Very pleased with the service I received. Even during the time COVID, David McDavid Service Dept did an outstanding job on my car. My service manager (Richard Ancheta is the best. An asset to DMD and Lincoln .

No stress
Buying a new automobile ha always been a stressful process with the salesman pushing and fast talking to get you to sign on the line. Henry Ford, at David McDavid's Plano Lincoln was not that way at all. He only showed us cars that met what we were wanting to see. Once we drove what we wanted Henry helped us to get to the budget figure we wanted. we ended up at a monthly price less than ten dollars of our budget figure. and with a time payment figure two years less than their advertisement quoted. After driving our new Nautilus we are very pleased that we cane to David McDavid's Plano Lincoln and would highly recommend them and the service of Henry Ford.

The experience could have been rough. I was on my way to the dealership to buy a Corsair when they called and said it had been recalled. Romeo still did a full walk around of the car with me and helped me hold the vehicle so the one I wanted would be there when the recall had been done. To the dealerships’s credit, they didn’t want me to sign the paperwork on a vehicle that they couldn’t deliver, and that felt very ethical and made me feel comfortable. Great job by the whole team, would definitely recommend Romeo and David McDavid to friends!
