When I arrived at Ewing Buick I was received with a warm welcome. I then explained what I wanted to be completed and was directed to the lounge area. My stay was very pleasant. All of my request had been completed and I was happy and departed.

Great service
Darrell Dinzey is a great salesman. Interacts well with customers; knows his products; takes sales techniques, company policies, and overall success of the dealership seriously; and is endlessly patient with customers (me) that cannot make up their mind and must look at many options. In his absence, Tony (last name unknown) filled in courteously and professionally, even though I was not his customer.

Made buying process simple and productive
Bought a used 2013 Lacrosse from Ken Foster. He made the process easy and I felt we were treated with the utmost respect. I also feel we got an excellent deal. Would buy another car from Ken and would recommend Ewing to anyone looking for a car.

I have been buying new and used cars for 40 years. This was the best experience I ever had. I did my homework so I knew what I wanted to pay. Sales manager met my price w/o the usual "back and forth". Mr. Mhlanga's management of the before and after sale experience was excellent. Also he helped with an unusual repair issue. Finance manager drafted two sets of sales papers for my review over the weekend. Keep up the good work !!

I live on the other side of the metroplex so when I called I really didn't know anything about Ewing Buick GMC. From that first phone call, all through the sale process, and even after the sale (yes - he followed up several times after the sale to make sure I was happy) I found them to be the best place to handle picky customers like me and my wife. Our salesman was Noble Mhlanga and he understood what we needed right away and bent over backwards to make us happy. We had our eyes on a Mercedes-Benz and when my wife saw a spot on the seat, and I found a tire that had a strange bump, both issues were fixed the very next day (they replaced the tire with a new one). After some research I wanted to make sure the wheels were original equipment so he had service pull off a wheel and read the ID and markings to me on the phone. We bought the car and we love it. If you go ask for Noble. He tells you straight and will work to get you the best financing deal too. He will get first shot when I'm ready to buy again. Thanks Noble!

After buying a truck a couple years ago at this...
After buying a truck a couple years ago at this dealership, I decided to go back for a second car. I was looking to trade one of my vehicles, but after visiting with two different vehicles, it is evident the sales management is not interested in paying fair market trade in value. The pricing of their new vehicles is good compared to market, but I was able to get significantly more for my trade elsewhere. I would recommend to anyone with a trade to go somewhere else as this dealership undercuts fair market value by almost half. Then I received the standard garbage about values not being accurate. Of course it's somehow accurate on their inventory, just not mine. It's not a fair practice and I would steer anyone clear of this dealership!

Very helpful salesman
Sean was very helpful in assisting us to select the right Buick for us. He also patiently took the time to explain the operation of the vehicle and all of its accessories. Among other things, he paired my Bluetooth phone with Intellilink and walked me through setting OnStar.
