I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and from day one, these guys handled business the right way. They treated me with respect, were straight shooters throughout the process, and made sure I drove away confident in my purchase. What really sets this dealership apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Anytime I had questions or concerns, they took the time to listen and work with me to make sure everything was taken care of. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a business that genuinely stands behind its customers the way this team does. I especially want to recognize Matt, the General Sales Manager. Matt went above and beyond to help me and made sure my concerns were addressed. He took the time to communicate with me directly and ensure that everything was handled properly. His professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service made my experience a very positive one. Because of Matt and the rest of the team, I left feeling like they truly cared about doing the right thing and taking care of their customers. That level of service is hard to find and deserves recognition. I absolutely love my truck that I purchased and couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers, treats people fairly, and stands behind what they sell, I highly recommend giving them a chance. Rene, our sales agent (Jerry's team), took incredible care of us when checking out the car, getting the preliminary paperwork completed, to the process of getting the car buffed & spot painted in a few places. We drove away with a clean car & a full tank of gas. Financing-I feel we did spend too much time awaiting the signing of the paperwork & telling the finance guy, no we don't want the warranties; that was over 1 1/2 hours due to waiting on others in line before us & finance team trying to sell to everyone. Our paperwork took about 30 min once we got in, but they did try to sell us the warranty before ever telling me what my rate & payment would be. How silly do they think we are? Once we discussed rates, he did check out other options for us & got us a lower rate than he was originally going with. We did take the gap insurance~ Overall, excellent buying experience, in my book. We love our 2025 Honda Pilot!

Had some initial issues which turned out to be misunderstandings but after speaking with Mathew Pilkington we were able to get things worked out.

Had truck serviced there for 7 yrs.,not a problem. Last year and a half had to replace antifreeze cap because it was left off,had to reset my own oil reminder,no big deal but... Last straw,this time had an issue which they fixed for me. They neglected to tell me "Hey your truck is fixed but your fob doesn't recognize the driver,sooo your settings for your seat and mirrors don't work. Ohh,and also your phone won't work either. Bought brand new and the Salesman set it up no problem. Seems like there is a step missing here!
