My husband and I were shopping for a new car for our...

My husband and I were shopping for a new car for our expanding family. We found a GMC Terrain Denali on the new inventory part of Ewing's website. We had never driven or been familiar with the GMC vehicles before. After arriving to test drive it, we were taken on an extended test drive where we both got to drive the vehicle on and off the highway and also got information on the vehicle and Intellilink system in the car. This extended drive and information gained made our experience feel more genuine and more comfortable with the possible buying experience at Ewing. We were happy with our first GMC purchase, and being at Ewing! We were surprised at the price and payment that was brought back to us, and signed right then and there! No haggle pricing at all and we felt like everything we had questions about was covered with us. We left the dealership feeling educated on our vehicle, the 2 year free oil changes/tire rotations services granted, and the warranties available. I am so glad we decided to do business with Ewing and will be recommending it to family and friends in the future! Thanks Randy for an amazing buying experience!

Suzanne was very helpful and informative about our...

Suzanne was very helpful and informative about our choice. We were trading in a Buick Enclave and she was able to give us the 'reason' we needed to select the Terrain and not go with an Enclave again, besides the obvious gas benefits. The service and assistance that we've always received from Ewing is one of the reasons that we returned there in the first place. The followup that we received thus far makes us feel like the dealership really does care about us and not just the sale.

I came in knowing what I was looking for and what I could spend. I was only in there for 3 hours and was able to walk out with my new vehicle, which was important because I had two small children with me.

The best car buying experience ever. From the...

The best car buying experience ever. From the friendliness and helpful guidance of the Sales Professional, through negotiating a trade and purchase with the Sales Manager, to having the vehicle serviced to my out the door expectations, on to working with the Finance Department I never once felt pressured to buy or to lower my expectations. The follow up of the Sales Professional Wayne Holten after the sale has been an added bonus. His guidance through technology challenges has been greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the Ewing GMC experience!

I conducted business with Buick Ewing's body and service shops in the past and I always enjoyed their customer service in both departments. When my Lacrosse was totaled, Mike in the body shop asked me what car did I have in mind. I knew it was time for me to purchase a SUV but I didn't know which kind that I would be interested in. Mike immediately referred me to Suzanne. Granted, I always loved the personality of red heads, they're so lively and upbeat, but Suzanne was down right Awesome! She made my experience I pure delight :) I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave fully loaded without tv screens, just as I wanted. The dealership had the color that I wanted, heated seats, double sun roofs and the third row that was highly needed. My purchase was made in 2012 and it's currently 2014 and I'm posting this review. That's how wonderful Suzanne was. I still thank God for this purchase, for my 'Body' Guard Mike in the body shop, for Suzanne for her love and expertise and for Lawrence for fully explaining everything to me! I'm in Love with Ewing Buick GMC! I've never had anything less than exceptional from here :)

I have never had a good experience with any other...

I have never had a good experience with any other dealership. My husband went alone, I was so happy when I did not have to go. When I went to Ewing Buick and met with Suzanne Koerwer to sign the papers and look at the car it changed my past negative opinion of all dealerships. Suzanne, Larry, Mike and (I don't remember his name at signature time) had paper work and car ready to go without any hassle or delay. No talking down to us or haggling about price. They were quick, honest and very concerned with our right purchase. The most efficient and pleasant experience I ever had in dealing with a car purchase. Tillie Battaglia Ditto for me. We have been leasing cars for over 20 years (Cadillac's, Chevy's, Buick,s and even Olds), Suzanne is the best! Tony Battaglia

Outstanding dealership: worked well with us, no pressure. Allowed us to bring our mechanic, helpful with questions and financing. Robert was very personal and not pushy nor smooth talking. Mario helped give us assurance about our purchase. The financial office, as well, was very helpful. The only knock on the preowned section was that it seemed like things were breaking down (bathroom door would not knock, computer would not turn on, etc)--but I would recommend this any day over other places. Great service, people oriented sales, low pressure and an outstanding price!
