Customer Service is the Best in the Business
This is the second time I’ve leased a Cadillac from Sewell and I will continue to because of the customer service when I bring my car in for a car wash- a FREE car wash. I’m always greeted so warmly by all of the associates and my sales person, Melanie is always there to check on how I am doing and if I have any questions. I love the email updates I get to remind me that it’s time for a service and know I will get a smiling face when I come in for service. I’ll never car shop anywhere else!

Amazing customer service!
I have been a Sewell customer for 3 years and am blown away by their costumer service. They make every person feel like a VIP . Bought a used Cadillac STX
We were treated in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner the whole time. It is the first time in my life I have felt good about buying a car. I searched for the car on CARS.COM, found it, notified that I was interested in it, and almost immediately received an e-mail from the internet sales person, Richard Abel. He treated us with professionalism and has answered all of our questions since. Also, Jordan Mainer, the Finance Manager, handled our paperwork efficiently and again, in a professional manner. I love the car.

Good staff Very good info on cars for sale, Excellent sales staff with knowledgeable people. I did not succeed in a purchase because I came in too late for the vehicle that I wanted. I would email again and make a purchase if the right Cadillac shows up on the website.

Looking for a Performance or Premium SRX with mile
We are searching for a Performance or Premium SRX with low mileage. We have met with Richard Abel and he understands what we are shopping for. Richard was most helpful in explaining the options on the SRX. We are waiting now for the "right car" to come into Sewell for purchase.

Beyond Frustrated
I am beyond frustrated with Sewell Cadillac of Dallas. I traded my perfect CTS coupe for an ATS coupe in July of last year. I have regretted it every day. The ATS has, at this time, been in the shop four times for the same issue. It is now going back for the fifth time today. The technician has said the car has an issue, but it continues to "not" get fixed. I tried calling my service advisor, but apparently she is no longer taking my calls. I expect so much more from Sewell and Cadillac. I would like them to do the right thing and rectify the problem. I am thinking I should have purchased the C class Mercedes - such a better car !!!!!
