Awesome experience!!

Dropped my car off for repairs in the morning. I was greeted by a service representative, whose presentation was courteous and professional. My loaner car was brand new and in excellent condition. I received a call the same afternoon stating that my vehicle would be ready by the and of the day. Upon pick-up, I was offered a complimentary water and chocolate for my drive home. I have loved my Sewell experience and will remain loyal to this brand for life! I've never been more pleased with a car dealership. Sewell Cadillac has created the perfect model of what buying/owning a car should be!! Thank you Sewell!!

Allen was great. New keys & remotes but they don’t open my back. Will have to bring it back.

I had to return my car twice before they were able to fix the issue. However, I was assured that the issue would be fixed and provided with loaner car.

The best car buying experience!!!

My husband and I had been searching for a 3rd row suv for our growing family and happen to notice that this dealer had a great deal on one. We went up to the dealership as soon as they opened and had met with our salesman, David Dawson. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. We had picked our our vehicle and were literally in and out of this place in less than 3 hours. You also get free car washes for life at any Sewell dealership! They even sent us a thank you card along with some yummy boutique chocolate chip cookies!! This was our best car buying experience by far!!

Worth my time to review

I recently purchased a vehicle from Sewell... I live in Frisco and used to go to Crest in Plano since they were close. I hadn't even heard of Sewell at the time.... Crest moved to Frisco which made me fell happy but then a friend mentioned how they had purchased several cars from Sewell over the years. My lease was ending so I figured why not at least check it out.. It as a completely difference experience. I came expecting to spend $50k on a new XT5 and left spending low $40's. I thought I needed a premium based on my research but after being thoroughly informed on what the differences were in the vehicles, the salesman ended up saying the luxury trim is what fit my requirements. Had this salesman just gave me what asked for, I likely would have been just fine.... He stated that he wanted to make sure I understood everything. Having done a lot of research, I felt that I did........ I didn't..... By asking questions about the real things that mattered and explaining what the options are, I moved one trim level down and still received everything that I needed... I still feel so confused because I don't feel like I went to a car dealership. A car dealership is supposed to keep up selling you and make as much money as possible. This salesman took his time to listen to me and made sure that I was not spending too much. Sadly, I have a problem remembering names and cant recall who my salesman was. All I can recall is that he had several race car pictures on his desk. If you see this review, thank you and sorry I forgot your name LoL! oh and no tricks in finance. I did end up buying the tire and wheel policy and the excess wear.... excess wear is a no brainier and if you like to tap curbs like me, tire and wheel policy is very good option. LoL...
