Service Visit - Spring 2015

I cannot express how pleased and satisfied I continue to be with Acura of Johnston. I've had my vehicle for over a decade and it runs really well. The service staff are excellent and do not seem to mind dealing with a somewhat paleolithic member of their products. Mr. Johnson has been the primary caretaker of the car and I continue to find him courteous, responsive and thoughtful beyond any expectation. I've worked with the other service staff as well, just less frequently. All are excellent. I expect to continue with Acura of Johnston for the duration of my ownership my car.

car purchase

I needed a larger car to fit all my grandchildren (and yes, I wanted a newer, larger car), but the only dealership for many miles around that carried a variety of high quality used vehicles seemed to be Acura of Johnston. I started the process online and via phone calls and then finished up on site. John and the entire staff were fair, professional, fun to work with and delivered the car I wanted with no surprises or high powered sales tactics. I have bought and sold many cars over the decades, but this is the best car purchase EVER. Thank you Acura of Johnston.

Oil Change

Oil change was easy to schedule and the wait was on time...service technician suggested to change awd fluid every 15,000 miles which I did. Car is driving fine.

Best car purchase experience EVER!

Comments on overall service experience

I had a great service experience on my 2014 Acura RDX, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the car wash I received as a part of my service. The car was still dirty, there were marks from the dirty towels that had been used to attempt to dry the car, and in the right light there seemed to be more scratches in the clear coat of the car as well. After attempting to do what I could to fix it in the parking lot before I left, I ended up visiting a car wash and doing it again myself to attain the quality of clean I choose for my car.

Great Customer Service!

Without a doubt when I first talked with the Jaspreet Singh I knew I would walk away a happy customer whether I bought a car or not. Such an easy transaction and made me feel like all I had to do is point to the car I wanted and they would take care of the rest. I would buy again and recommend anyone!

Acura of Johnston delivers. Always.

In December, I bought a CPO 2012 Acura TSX. Test drove it and decided I needed to have it. Elvis made my first time car purchasing experience memorable and less daunting than one would anticipate. Acura is a great brand and their salesman know the car sells itself. Would absolutely recommend Acura of Johnston to anyone currently on the market for a new or used vehicle.

Very professional and aaccommodating.

Always very friendly and accommodating, luv the free car wash and vacuuming! The car is amazing and Elvis was very easy to work with through the whole buying experience.

Wonderful & Professional

From the moment I walked in the the door I knew I would be buying a car from Acura of Johnston. I was greeted by a friendly Sales Consultant, Elvis Felic. He listened to my needs and wants in a car and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. Scott Brown, General Manager, was able to offer me the car I was looking for at a price that stayed within my budget. Tim Atkinson, the Finance Manager went to work for me with the banks and was able to get my auto loan at a low interest rate and monthly payment. Three very friendly, helpful, and professional gentlemen to do business with. The process was fast, painless, and very professional. I will be recommending Acura Of Johnston to my friends and family and will definitely visit them again in the future.
