Thanks to Kelly Rohde and the rest of the Acura of Johnston team for making my car buying experience a good one . Kelly was very helpful through the whole process and even helped move things from my old car to the new car in the rain. She stayed late past hours to make sure we where happy and set up. I stop by for oil change on a regular basis and I always get the same great service. I have come to expect no less from this location.

Came in for routine service. No appointment was needed which I appreciate! The service technician showed me my (absolutely filthy) air filters and suggested they be replaced. After 20,000 miles driving on gravel daily I couldn’t disagree! I appreciate their attention to detail, the comfy waiting area and selection of refreshments.

Oil change today. Wonderful waiting area, good latte! Great way to start the day with knowledgeable and friendly team. I have been coming here for over 10 years and will be a life long customer! Will keep this car and get my next new one at the same place BECAUSE of the service team!

Everything went very well. As always, service department was very friendly and professional. I have been a long time customer and the service department is one of the main reasons why.

I had remote start installed. I was quoted one price for installation and then it was significantly higher when I checked out but they charged me the quoted price without any haggling

I usually wait for the service on my car to be completed. Always done on time, as promised. Waiting area is nice and well equipped with coffee machine, snacks, beverages, etc. Wi-fi is also available. Those in the service department are always very helpful and efficient!

I was searching for a new SUV for my wife, and in no time was set up with two great salesmen. They were able to get me what I needed, and stay within the requested budget. I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service.
