Fixed for a day

I brought my 2001 MDX in for repairs to the rear view mirror, rear seat back, but more importantly, to the front and rear heater systems (both needed replaced, the rear didn't work at all and the front was noisy as heck). The rear seat back was fixed, the mirror was attempted to be fixed (it no longer falls off but jiggles at every bump). The heaters (new blowers in both) worked for a day. The next morning the rear stopped completely (but the front still worked and was quiet). Jeremy was great at getting the car back in promptly to fix the rear heater. However, when I picked it up, the rear heater worked, however the front heater again was noisy. I was not able to pick it up the next day, but the day after it was delivered to me. Both heaters worked great. However, the next morning, the front heater again was making a lot of noise. So apparently, whoever fixed it....didn't fix it. So this car has been in twice to repair the repairs. I'm sad to say that I'm done with the shop. Jeremy was great to work and was fair with the price, but whoever worked on the car...well...

2019 rdx

I Was looking for a new car and decided on a new rdx after receiving great customer service. The Sales rep was helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service

Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon unannounced and received fast oil change service. Also appreciate their free inspection of everything else. Excellent service every time

Consistent quality service and customer care

Thank you for consistent, friendly, efficient service every time. Also appreciate the good communication via txt or email. And then loaner car option is really nice for the time that my car service takes a little extra time. It’s nice working with the same people every time.

25000 mile service

Acura service department is great. Easy to make an appointment, very efficient, and they do great work. Jeremy is very nice and does a super job of keeping me informed about the work being done on my vehicle. Highly recommend!!

Great dealership

From the time we pulled up in driveway to see John Rowold in sales everything was smooth with no hassles and no pressure. We felt that we were treated fair and they took there time with explaining everything to us

Polite and efficient

My first experience with Acura of Johnson and I will return. I just moved here and needed a good service center. Although I have a Honda (didn’t feel comfortable with reviews of Honda dealer) they treated me as a valued customer. I appreciate that!!

Loyal Acura owner

As a long time Acura (MDX) owner, I would deal with no one other than my sales consultant, John. He has made each experience efficient and personable. He tells it like it is and doesn't waste my time. I am confident without a doubt I get the best deal possible. Even after the sale, he doesn't forget who I am when he sees me.

The best salesman, the best experience anyone could ask for!

Originally we had been dealing with a salesman on the phone and over text, but when we arrived he was busy so we got "passed over" to Leeroy Ruiz. That was the best thing that could've happened to us. Leeroy was an amazing salesman and made the whole process enjoyable and smooth. He is super friendly and has such great customer service!!!! Throughout the whole process I really felt that Leeroy was on our side of the negotiation. He worked very hard to get a price point that we were comfortable with, throughout the whole experience I did not feel at all that he was a salesman or that he was on "their" side of the negotiation; it actually felt that he was on our side of the negotiation and had our interests in mind. Leeroy was professional and courteous. He definitely knows what he is talking about when speaking about the different cars and their features. He was also very patient when we were hesitant/indecisive. Please ask for Leeroy as your salesman!!

Disappointed

I bought a used program car that came from another one of the dealerships tied to this one. I asked before I took possession of the car about the spare key, and was told "I don't have it, but I'll check with the dealership and get it". So, being told that, I am expecting a spare key whether they have it or need to order it. It's been nearly a month (I've waited on this review to see if they would respond, and time is now up) and I still do not have a spare key, and highly doubt I get it. I got an email from John after I followed several times saying "I didn't guarantee you a spare key". Seriously? That was after I called his manager after getting no follow up. In addition, the car came with a navigation system, but I needed the SD card. I had to call and track that down (which they did find that) and I had to go pick it up. I anticipated they would install it, but said they don't do that and I need to go to their other dealership for the brand of the car.....at this point I'll gladly do that. I will say the bright spot was the finance person, Matt....he was fabulous and that was the easiest part of the whole process. In short, would not recommend buying a car here. I'm not even going to give their service department a try after the experience with sales. I will go to another dealership.
