Fred gesten

Tyrone was nice, but his manger at the used car center was an xxx, and the finance person was poorly trained. Both the manager and finance person were disrespectful to me.

Good service, but if you don't know someone in upper

Good service, but if you don't know someone in upper management your vehicle will be there for days until they give you the diagnostic of a professional mechanic and only then with help from upper management I got a rental vehicle for 2 days, even though I left the service manager Daniel Muggeo a message on his answering machine at the office which he never got back to me having to climb the ladder and talk to a personal friend Benny Dominguez for a positive result if I had not done so it would have probably taken a week or more just for the diagnostic of my vehicle

Took days to get an appointment.

Took days to get an appointment. So when I finally got an appointment I dropped my car off the day before for the 9:40 appointment. I called around noon to check on status. I was then told that it would take 2-3 days before anyone would be able to look at the vehicle. It would have been nice to now ahead of time that they would sit on the car for that many days. I felt like even though I had an appointment that because I physically wasn't there my car got dismissed. So I had to go pick-up my vehicle so that I could take it to another Chevrolet dealer have it looked as within the appointment time I scheduled for. The advisor to me was a little low key rude as well which is why I decided to pick up the vehicle. I don't want to spend my money anyplace I'm not respected and offering this type of service. I should have been told that things would take this long when the appointment was set. If I had been present for the appointment I think things woul dhave gone differently. I was told this before as an explanation of why my appointment time was set so far out. So I never got any work done on the vehicle at this location but, instead another where the staff was pleasant on site and all the way through.

Car care

I went to see about a engine message and ended up returning for a standard maintenance service. Mr. Zamoran was very informative when I spoke to him about my engine light and he took great care of my car when I returned for the standard maintenance. It was quick and I was back on the road. I highly recommend him and this team.
