I would give negative stars
If I could give zero stars, that is exactly what I would have given. They wasted my whole day to offer me 1000k off....absolutely ridiculous!! Now I am being harassed with phone calls trying to get me back in the door. I would have been open to it if they came back with a realistic offer but then Matt called me and tried to accuse me of never ordering a custom Jeep in my life (meaning I don’t know how any of this works). FYI I have owned 3 Jeep’s...2 of which were custom ordered. The dealership in general is filled with a bunch of young salesmen blasting club music, and I’m 39 saying this. Completely unprofessional! There’s a million other dealerships on the Island...run from this place!!!!

Worst experience-run from this desler

bunch of crooks! stay away!
I went there shopping for a ram 1500 laramie, i brought in a trade in vehicle said the trade value is 3000. Okay cool we agreed to a final price and basically at the end they try to take my trade in for free so where is the trade in value deduction? On the paper work that shows all the breakdown if i took away the trade in value the price would still be the same. They try to make it look like a deduction which is bs because if you know your math nothing made sense on the breakdown. They try to make it seem like you dont understand your math which clearly they just try to rob you in front of your face. Theives!!

Dealership Misrepresented itself and Service Dept
Purchased new car that later was told after many issues by Sales Rep Travis Rubino vehicle was test car not new; even though all my paperwork states NEW? Since brought have had issue with battery just few months after purchased, ABS, airbag recall that was supposed to be done even after had appointment and told done; but in fact was not, remote key pad which had to be reprogrammed, Mopar Warrantee that was missdated, scratches from techs, tire rim nicked, internal noise in transmission that is still not repaired, and was even told to take to other dealer if not satisfied with service? But if I do that then I have to pay for Diagnostic Fee? I feel like once they sell car you are no longer of importance to them. They have poor customer service in every way, techs that really have no clue what they are doing, and they never call you back when you have an issue or question that needs to be addressed. Every time I take the car for service I am asked to pay to fix. Why when car is under warrantee and I have only owned since 2018 I have been through 3 different Service Advisers, a General Sales Manager, and Techs and am still going through same issues that have not been resolved. This is not what I purchased! I expected to purchase a new car without any problems. They NEED to HIRE people that know what true service is all about. It really is a shame that you put your trust in what you think is a reliable name only to have such problems. ITS A COMPLETE DISGRACE! My husband is a retired GM Tech and he would never be allowed to treat a customer the way we have been treated plus he knows about car and still they treat him like he doesn't know anything . I can just imagine what they tell customers that are not experienced with cars and believe everything they are told. I have noticed that they never call you back when your under warrantee but once you are not and need service they never hesitate to call you so that they can sell you stuff they feel your vehicle needs. This dealer has one run around after another and I have dealt with others but never have had such poor service than here!
