Great working with Nick as he is the most upfront and Helpfull never did I second guess my decision as he was very down to earth , knows his product, wasn’t pushy , very respectful and helped me with the entire process even after the sale as I had an issue with insurance and my registration

Very dishonest.

Very dishonest. I confirmed with them that a vehicle I was interested in is still available. When I got there I was asked if I saw a later message they sent me, and that the car was sold yesterday. I left, and when I got home, I saw their message. So I asked them if they acted in good faith, they should remove the car from their website, and stop misleading and bating customers. They would not remove it, and 2 hours later it is still on their website, using to bait customers. Truly dishonest, have no respect for people's time. VIN: KNDPMCAC8L7837698 Stock #: P1V0312

Worst experience of my life.

Worst experience of my life. Most disrespectful people I have EVER dealt with. From the sales manager, George, to the sleazy sales manager, Syeed. Who by the way told me that the clientele he has to deal with is less than fun to deal with. My sister came 2 hours away to get a telluride that was 1 year old. They cracked the windshield when they were prepping it and we had to fight to get it replaced. I could go on for pages but it’s not even worth my time. TRUST ME, THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE LOCATION TO DEAL WITH. I did buy my nephews both a Nissan from daycare and they were wonderful. But management needs to fire just about everyone there. Sales need to be replaced with someone focused on customer service, not the bottom line. Starting with the slicked back slimey sales manager Sy, who couldn’t have cared less about the windshield issue until I got the state police inspections unit involved. THANK YOU ALL FOR RUINING WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT DAY FOR MY SISTER. Instead we played who is the bigger ignorant jerk. NEVER AGAIN Ps George our salesman couldn’t even bothered today hionce even though we spent the entire day there and walked pass each other several times. Also we were offered our money back because they said we could sell it 100 times over but since we paid cash it would take 2 weeks to get it back. Hahaha. Very sad

Don't feel safe bringing my car back there again

The dealer took it upon himself to do a unprofessional job on my vehicle said something was wrong with my brakes the first time then the service Man Came Back and he had him tell me there was something wrong with my rotary and wanted to charge me over $700 to fix all my rotaries told me he been doing the job for 5 years and he knew what he was talking about I declined my son told me he watched them get very irritated but I went on ahead and took the serviceman advice and just let him rotate my rotaries next thing I know two days later my front driver side rotary is making a rattling banging noise my car is fairly new and nothing was wrong with it before I let him work on my car I feel like he wanted to do a I told you so and really was being very immature and unprofessional I don't feel safe bringing my car back there again

Terrible! cost me money to NOT buy a car

I've quite frankly never had a worse or more unpleasant experience before dealing with DARCARS Kia in Temple Hill. I spoke with a salesman at the facility and tried putting a deposit down, the link they provided me wasn't working and I informed them of such. I even offered to pay a deposit over the phone. I was ensured multiple times that the car would be held, that because it was the end of the day they didn't actually need a deposit, that the car was moved off the lot so it couldn't be sold, and for me to come in the next day to purchase.. I confirmed again with the sales person the next morning that I was on my way, about to board a train for a several hours ride to come purchase the vehicle. I was told everything was good to go and they'd see me a I'm a few hours. Halfway into my trip I get a call saying they sold the car. Now my whole day is wasted, and I'm financially burdened by the expensive of my train ticket, which now included a return ticket. They did not honor their word, make an effort to retrieve a deposit which I offered to do in multiple ways, or attempt to rectify the situation in any manner The level of unprofessionalism would be laughable if it weren't so sad and frustrating. The stereotype of sleazy car salesman lives on in infamy at DARCARS KIA Temple Hill

This is the sorriest dealership I have ever encountered.

This is the sorriest dealership I have ever encountered. It has the highest potential for being sued. They are experts at giving misleading and blatantly false information. Unreasonable avoidance of answering phones, despite the urgency and deprivation it causes to customers.

I went to the service department for diagnosis of transmission related issues. I was kept waiting and uninformed for 3-plus hours, only to discover that no resolution was available. Instead, I got an estimate and the soonest date to attempt repairs was 3-weeks away. In reliance of that appointment date (10/04/22), I rented a car and made other arrangements to facilitate repairs. I got no advance notice as had been promised but I was prompt for the 8:00 AM appointment on 10/04/22. The service advisor facilitated my transport home and stipulated that I would receive a call and be picked up at around 01:00 PM (her estimated completion time for repairs.). I returned my rent-a-car to coincide with that advisory. The conundrum was that I received no call from this dealer and around 04:00PM discovered after relentless calls to talk to a live person, that "No-Work had been attempted on my car or would be that day. This was without prior notice, which left me in a bind. I was met with disinterest from "EVERYONE" that eventually answered the phone. I was initially promised a ride to pick up my car, but conversely, I was now snubbed and transferred to recordings and left stranded. Essentially, I was given frivolous repair information /dealer practice information and an injurious bogus appointment. The entire dealership was avoidant of answering the phone and unsympathetic and unwilling to redress its own acts of negligence. The customer service here is terrible. They are friendly but as far as getting your car serviced here I would not recommend it. Much improvement is needed and I hope this review is passed on to the owner of this dealership.
