Unbelievable experience at TSJ. Yesterday morning I saw a 2021 Durango Hellcat on the site and called and spoke with Tamer at TSJ. I was told the car is in pristine condition and can be delivered to me the same day. Being over 5 hours away, I thought this was too good to be true, I couldn’t believe it. David got the process rolling and by nightfall Lenny and his transport team had the car delivered to my doorstep. Lenny was extremely professional and courteous. It was an absolutely seamless process, I really still can’t believe it. The car is PERFECT, like new, everything I wanted and more. Also, without the stress of going to a dealership. THANK YOU SO MUCH TAMER AND TSJ TEAM! You blew me away in every aspect, I know for a fact I will be buying from you again. You pulled thru on everything single thing you promised. My experience with TSJ was a complete shift from what traditional dealership interactions have been. This is much more telling as my situation was not easy and Lenny and Ramy made the deal work for me in the best way. I am AD military currently stationed overseas but returning in a couple of months. I saw the deal online and jumped as soon as I could. When I called, Lenny was friendly and willing to work with me while also lowering the already unbelievable price. I told TSJ that I would not be able to pick up the vehicle for two months and they willingly offered to hold it for me and not charge me anything. I know that space if valuable for a dealer so this is further proof of how much they are customer oriented. They have made a customer that will look for them first for any vehicle purchase in the future.

Not what I expected! I knows lot about cars and motorcycles and I work on them Soo when it comes to cars I’ma hard xxx and I went with the intent to play hardball, I’ve had my share of bad experiences with other BS Dealership, and sales person, But I have to say I was very impressed by Lenny He’s very fair and polite! He worked out a great deal for me I would definitely do more business with him in the future and would definitely recommend TSJ. I got the car I wanted, I love it. it handles well. So far So good! So far no complaints here! Time will tell But for now I’m happy Soo I give Lenny a big 👍 Up!
