Visited over 9 dealerships in the DFW area before finding our "home" at Vandergriff Acura. Chris and Blake were able to turn our previous car shopping experiences from dread to excitement. They were both knowledgeable and helpful yet avoided the high pressure sales that plagued us at other dealerships. They were fair and eager to work with us and worked hard to ensure our car buying experience was a pleasant one. I walked into Vandergriff Acura requesting to just see a ILX A-Spec and Ed was a great host he was very knowledgeable on the ILX and even though I wasn't ready to buy Ed was a awesome salesman I recommend him to everyone he is super friendly and makes the car buying experience relaxing for me

Terry Allen and Patrick Burns were awesome..They made the car buying exeperience so easy, so comfortable and so fast...The credit union that was going to give us the loan, did not want to finance the amount of the car because they said it was not worth it. Patrick was determined to get us in a car and found another credit union who financed the loan at a cheaper rate.. They went above and beyond to get us into an affordable car.. They were very professional and understanding to our needs...It took only 4 hours from start to finish, best time ever and I have bought 2 cars in the cars in the past...Overall, we had the best car buying experience ever...Thank You guys and keep up the AWESOME work..

The dealership and the service advisors are very knowledgeable of their vehicles I like coming there. The people welcome you with a smile and they are very knowledge of helping you and trying to get you out of there if your car is being serviced

I went to Vandergriff Acura in Arlington from an ad promotion that was mailed to me, Gary Vogel was my sales rep and let me tell you HE IS AWESOME! Never any high pressure sales techniques or games. He made me feel like i was a family member. He treated me kind and I left feeling like i had made the right decision trading in my Acura 13 for a 2017 model. I highly advise you go see Gary Vogel next time you need an Acura. The other staff members were very considerate and polite as well.
